Istianah Nusorudin

 I am a senior IPB University studying Business Management, with a minor in marketing and business analyst.  I'm a creative problem solver interested in generating key research that creates actionable insights.

 I believe my academic background, business knowledge, and industry experiences have provided me with the credentials needed to thrive as a Business Analyst. I have experience in data analytical tools, primarily resolving strategic issues related to business process improvement. I’ve had the privilege of supporting many fantastic individuals and teams in businesses, both small and large across a variety of local and global industry sectors including manufacturing, chemicals, education, and technology development. This work has had a focus ranging from Strategic Business Planning & execution support, Operations Improvement, Product & Marketing strategies, Sales Process improvement, and Business Coaching & Mentoring.

 

I like fast-paced work environments because they make me feel like I’m always learning and growing, but I really thrive when I’m collaborating with team members and helping people reach a collective goal as opposed to competing. 

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and writing books, travelling, and listening musics
